Naga Capital Partners Private Limited is a Singapore-based multi-family office specializing in providing asset management and independent advice to qualified accredited high net worth investors and family offices all over the world.

Naga Capital was founded by Wee Yang in Hong Kong in 2012 as one of the first capital structure arbitrage funds in Asia. The fund was seeded by a Singaporean billionaire, saw its AUM double in its first year, and consistently outperformed the Global HFRX Relative Value Arbitrage Index. In 2018, Wee Yang moved Naga Capital to Singapore and refocused the business as an External Asset Manager / Multi-Family Office. He now manages funds for clients, including HNWIs and Family Offices in the region. At Naga Capital, we aim to assist accredited investors of all nature in protecting their wealth and achieving their financial objectives.
